Fall Semester enrollment opens July 15 and spots are limited.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. All Foundation and Momentum sessions are available virtually via Google Meet. Momentum students also have the option of in-person sessions depending on location.
What happens if we need to miss a session?
Life happens. We ask for 24 hours notice when possible. Missed sessions may be rescheduled within the same semester at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Can we switch programs mid-semester?
Yes. If your student's needs change — in either direction — we'll have a conversation and adjust. Upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the following semester.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Semester program students sign a coaching agreement at enrollment that outlines the scope, payment schedule, and policies. Intensive program students sign a month-to-month agreement. Both are straightforward and reviewed together before you sign anything.
What age students do you work with?
Grades 8 through 12 and college students of any year. We also work with adult learners returning to school.
Do you work with students who have IEPs or 504 plans?
Absolutely — and actively. Part of what we offer Momentum and Intensive students is direct communication with your student's academic support team. We can attend meetings, review documentation, and advocate for your student's plan to actually be implemented.
The consultation is free, focused, and 20 minutes. No sales pressure. We'll give you an honest assessment of where the student is and what level of support we think the student needs.
If we're not the right fit, we'll point you somewhere that is.
Fall enrollment is limited. Consultations for the Fall semester are available June through July.
